I have updated my domain with the expired siteground service and I was told it would take about 15 hours. Unfortunately, they never answered me and I didn't understand why. After complaining about https://siteground.pissedconsumer.com/review.html which I described, many contacted this company and they helped me. I still didn't understand how they could have lost my technical support request to them.
